Ferdinand Thiessen	7fbd518452	feat: Make `CheckServerResponseTrait` public and provide as `OCP\SetupCheck\CheckServerResponseTrait` ... This trait is used by other apps for creating setup checks, so we should provide it instead apps using private API.
