Merge vendor js 
There is a bunch of javascript we always load from vendors. This
combines this into 1 javascript file. Which reduces the number of
request by ~10.

Merge vendor js 
There is a bunch of javascript we always load from vendors. This
combines this into 1 javascript file. Which reduces the number of
request by ~10.
