Normalize directory entries in Encoding wrapper
...
Directory entry file names are now normalized in getMetaData(),
getDirectoryContents() and opendir().
This makes the scanner work properly as it assumes pre-normalized names.
In case the names were not normalized, the scanner will now skip the
entries and display a warning when applicable.

Fix missing setlocale with php 8
...
When php version = 8, basename('§') does not bug even if LC_ALL is non-UTF-8 locale.
This cause OC_Util::isSetLocaleWorking() to skip setlocale("C.UTF-8").
Fix it by using escapeshellcmd instead of basename.

Prevent duplicate auth token activity updates

The auth token activity logic works as follows
* Read auth token
* Compare last activity time stamp to current time
* Update auth token activity if it's older than x seconds
This works fine in isolation but with concurrency that means that
occasionally the same token is read simultaneously by two processes and
both of these processes will trigger an update of the same row.
Affectively the second update doesn't add much value. It might set the
time stamp to the exact same time stamp or one a few seconds later. But
the last activity is no precise science, we don't need this accuracy.
This patch changes the UPDATE query to include the expected value in a
comparison with the current data. This results in an affected row when
the data in the DB still has an old time stamp, but won't affect a row
if the time stamp is (nearly) up to date.
This is a micro optimization and will possibly not show any significant
performance improvement. Yet in setups with a DB cluster it means that
the write node has to send fewer changes to the read nodes due to the
lower number of actual changes.

The existing `findLanguage` method tries its best to find the best
language for the current users. For some tasks we don't want this but
rather determine the most generic language for *another* user, e.g. when
the current user trigger an email notifiaction to someone else. In this
case the current user's language is a bad guess in many multi-language
environments.

When avatar scope is private, the PlaceholderAvatar is used to deliver a
placeholder avatar based on the user's initials.
This was implemented as a separate class for now to avoid messing with
the existing UserAvatar implementation and its generated vs

Updating a user or group share now uses the correct method for the
validation of the expiration date. Instead of using the one from links
it uses the one for internal shares.
To avoid future confusion, the method "validateExpirationDate" has been
renamed to "validateExpirationDateLink".

Fix app fetcher php comparison to allow wider ranges

When app app specifies php 7.4 as upper limit we have to allow the
installation on php>7.4.0. The previous version check didn't do that.
This adjusts the regexes to discard any irrelevant suffix after the
three version numbers so that we can use more fine granular checks than
php's version_compare can do out of the box, like for php 7.4 we only
compare the major and minor version numbers and ignore the patch level.

Convert 2FA token type to string

The IConfig service is documented to handle its data as strings, hence
this changes the code a bit to ensure we store keys as string and
convert them back when reading.

The test should fail if no exception was thrown, and no exception was
thrown due to a missing configuration parameter. However, the use of
"addToAssertionCount(1)" made the test pass even if no exception was
thrown and, therefore, to silently fail.
Now the missing configuration parameter was added and the test will fail
if the expected exception is not thrown.

* removes the ability for users to import their own certificates (for external storage)
* reliably returns the same certificate bundles system wide (and not depending on the user context and available sessions)
The user specific certificates were broken in some cases anyways, as they are only loaded if the specific user is logged in and thus causing unexpected behavior for background jobs and other non-user triggered code paths.

Fix undefined class property access after upgrade from 19 to 20

The serialized data in 19 has one property less and this was not
considered in the code. Hence adding a fallback. Moreover I'm changing
the deserialization into an array instead of object, as that is the
safer option.

This is like what we have to DI and classes, but for callables.
The motivating factor is to get rid of *service locators* in the `boot`
method of apps as a new pattern is about to emerge where we have lots of
`query` calls on the app or server container in order to fetch some
services.
With this little helper it's possible to call another (public) method
and magically have everything injected.

Fix disabling send password by Talk without new password in mail shares

When "send password by Talk" was disabled in a mail share it was
possible to keep the same password as before, as it does not pose any
security issue (unlike keeping it when "send password by Talk" is
enabled, as in that case the password was already disclosed by mail).
However, if a mail share is updated but the password is not set again
only the hashed password will be available. In that case it would not
make sense to send the password by mail, so now the password must be
changed when disabling "send password by Talk".
Note that, even if explicitly setting the same password again along with
the "send password by Talk" property would work, this was also prevented
for simplicity.

Right now if you want to get events via the Node API you have to have a
real instance of the Root. Which in turns sets up the whole FS.
We should make sure this is done lazy. Else enabling the preview
generator for example makes you setup the whole FS on each and every
authenticated call.

Before the resources/config/ca-bundle.crt was only used when the list of custom
certificates was empty and the instance was not installed. But it should also
be used when the list is empty and the instance is installed.
This is inverting the logic to stop if the instance is not installed to use the
default bundle. And it also does this when the list is empty.

Options are now applied the following way:

- If config.php does not contain the setting or with no integer value, the PHP default is applied.

This generates the md5 of the fileid. And then creates folders of the
first 7 charts. In that folder is then a folder with the fileid. And
inside there are the previews.

Format control structures, classes, methods and function

To continue this formatting madness, here's a tiny patch that adds
unified formatting for control structures like if and loops as well as
classes, their methods and anonymous functions. This basically forces
the constructs to start on the same line. This is not exactly what PSR2
wants, but I think we can have a few exceptions with "our" style. The
starting of braces on the same line is pracrically standard for our
code.
This also removes and empty lines from method/function bodies at the
beginning and end.

If the value was never enabled or disabled, the settings show "Restrict
username enumeration to groups" as disabled. However, in some components
it was enabled by default, which caused an inconsistency in the
behaviour with respect to the settings, for example in the contacts
menu.

Add support for GuzzleHTTP 'no' proxy
...
The custom config allows to setup a proxy URI that is passed to
GuzzleHTTP client as request options. Guzzle has the option to receive
an array of proxies for each URI scheme as well as 'no' key value pair
to provide a list of host names that should not be proxied to.
Guzzle would automatically populate these options with HTTPS_PROXY
and NO_PROXY environment variables. However, when providing a 'proxy'
request option, default values will be overriden and it is required to
explicitly provide the 'no' value if needed.

This commit will add support for a new config 'proxyexclude', which
takes a list of host names to be excluded.
It will also provide 'proxy' request option as an array instead of a
string to Guzzle, and populate 'http' and 'https' URI schemes with
proxy URI, and 'no' with 'proxyexclude' list.
Also, if no 'proxy' is configured, it will leave out 'proxy' request
option, so it won't override Guzzle default values.
Sample config file includes a hint on how to explicitly sync
'proxyexclude' with NO_PROXY, and a note about default values.

Handle token insert conflicts
...
Env-based SAML uses the "Apache auth" mechanism to log users in. In this
code path, we first delete all existin auth tokens from the database,
before a new one is inserted. This is problematic for concurrent
requests as they might reach the same code at the same time, hence both
trying to insert a new row wit the same token (the session ID). This
also bubbles up and disables user_saml.
As the token might still be OK (both request will insert the same data),
we can actually just check if the UIDs of the conflict row is the same
as the one we want to insert right now. In that case let's just use the
existing entry and carry on.

dont set folder size to negative values during propagation

normally this shouldn't be a problem, but cache/storage desync might cause this
so this adds some failsafe to ensure we dont corrupt the cache further
the minimum value is set to -1 instead of 0 in order to triger a background scan
on the folder and figure out the size properly

As documented, the default value for config value proxyuserpwd is ''.
However, that value results in the error:
"cURL error 5: Unsupported proxy syntax in '@'".
This patch handles the values of '' and null (the default in the code)
the same for config values proxyuserpwd and proxy.

This will fire of an event after a Template Response has been returned.
There is an event for the generic loading and one when logged in. So
apps can chose to load only on loged in pages.
This is a more generic approach than the files app event. As some things

Fix update share tests

The update share tests only checked that the share returned by
"update()" had the expected values. However, as "update()" returns the
same share that was given as a parameter the tests were not really
verifying that the values were updated in the database.
In a similar way, the test that checked that a password was removed did
not set a password first, so even if the database returned null it could
be simply returning the default value for the share; a password must be
set first to ensure that it is removed.
Besides that, a typo was fixed too that made the checks on the original
share instead of on the one returned by "update()"; right now it is the
same share, so the change makes no difference, but it is how the check
should be done anyway.

storage backends implementing the storage interface directly (without inheriting common)

Only generate previews in powers of 4 and set min

Before we'd round up all preview request to their nearest power of two.
This resulted still in a lot of possible images. Generating a lot of
server load and taking up a lot of space.
This moves it to previews to be powers of 4: 64, 256, 1024 and 4096
Also the first two powers are always skipped (4, 16) as it doesn't make
sense to generate previews for that.
We cache preview pretty agressively and I feel this is a better
tradeoff.

Move normalizePath to regexes instead of looping
...
This is IMO a bit more readable and it seems to make the code faster.
Tested it on the company instance where there are over 3k calls to this
function. It shaves off around 10ms.
The advantage here is that the pattern gets optimized by php itsel and
cached.
Also looking for all patterns at the same time and especially no longer
looping for /./ patterns should save time.

Add support for tokens in room shares

Tokens will be used to give access to a share to guests in public rooms.
Although the token itself is created in the provider of room shares and
no changes are needed for that, due to the code structure it is
necessary to explicitly call the provider from the manager when getting
a room share by token.

Honour "sendPasswordByTalk" property in mail shares
...
When a password was set for a mail share an e-mail was sent to the
recipient with the password. Now the e-mail is no longer sent if the
password is meant to be sent by Talk.
However, before the e-mail was not sent when the share was updated but
the password was not changed. Now an e-mail is sent in that case too if
switching from a password sent by Talk to a password sent by mail.
On the other hand, when switching from a password sent by mail to a
password sent by Talk it is mandatory to change the password; otherwise
the recipient would already have access to the share without having to
call the sharer to verify her identity.

Make 2FA providers stateful
...
This adds persistence to the Nextcloud server 2FA logic so that the server
knows which 2FA providers are enabled for a specific user at any time, even
when the provider is not available.
The `IStatefulProvider` interface was added as tagging interface for providers
that are compatible with this new API.

Fix HTTP client given options being overriden by default options
...
According to the array_merge documentation, "If the input arrays have
the same string keys, then the later value for that key will overwrite
the previous one." Thus, the default options must be the first parameter
passed to array_merge.
