Initial AppData 
* Introduce simpleFS
* Introduce IAppData
* Introduce AppData Factory to get your AppData folder
* Update FileDisplayResponse

* AppData implements a ISimpleRoot but lazy. So only if an apps starts
  to access data will stuff get initialized
