fix(preview): Make version column a string

And move it to a different table so that we don't have to pay the
storage cost when not using it (most of the times).

perf(preview): Split preview data to new table
...
The new oc_previews table is optimized for storing previews and should
decrease significantly the space taken by previews in the filecache
table.
This attend to reuse the IObjectStore abstraction over S3/Swift/Azure
but currently only support one single bucket configuration.

* Resolves https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/34476
There is no maximum length defined in the standard,
most common the length is between 128 and 200 characters,
but as we store it not in plain data but base64 encoded the length can grow about 1/3.
We had a regression with 'Nitrokey 3' which created IDs with 196 byte length -> 262 bytes encoded base64.
So to be save we increase the size to 512 bytes.
