Removed deprecations:
* docker-compose version
* apt-key add command in docker installation
Updates:
* Upgrade from PHP8.3 to PHP8.4 (currently recommended for NC) from ppa:ondrej/php
* Use nodejs 22 by default
Optimization:
* Just install docker-ce-cli, not the full docker suite (speeds up docker build)
* Make sure user "devcontainer" has UID 1000. This increases the containers filesystem compatibility to most (unix-based) host systems because the default user there always has 1000 as well
* Ensure devcontainer user has access to docker without sudo

* Add gnupg2 to be able to sign commits
* Make sure /var/www/html always belongs to www-data
* Add Git-History plugin
* Introduce dedicated entrypoint script
* Store Postgres database data in volume to be persistent
* Cleaner check if NC is already installed in setup.sh
* Add composer to DevContainer

List of changes:
- Upped PHP Version to 8.1
- Added Apache Webserver so the Container works "out of the box" after docker-compose up -d
- Mounting whole project as volume to /var/www/html in docker-compose.yml (and set WORKDIR to /var/www/html)
Tested in a Docker for Windows environment.
Codespace is serving everything only as HTTPS. To keep the URLs valid, we also need to overwrite the protocol. (otherwise e.g. you can't develop the SAML app as the URLs are invalid)
